Delete your account

In-app (recommended)

Open Zentro → Settings → Account → Delete account.

By email

Send a request to Zentro.com@gmail.com from your registered email/phone.

What will be deleted

Your account profile (if applicable)
Tasks, reminders, and related content stored on our servers (if you use cloud sync)
Associated files you uploaded (if any)

What may be retained

We may retain limited data when required by law, for security, or to prevent abuse. If retained, it will be stored securely and only for the required period.

How long it takes

Typical deletion time: up to 7 business days.
